    Each Perseveranc item is made to order specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or ordering the wrong product.

    We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide on each product page before placing your order.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly arrange a replacement.

    To help resolve the issue quickly, include:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo of the item

    • A description of the issue

    Order Changes or Cancellations

    Because items go into production shortly after purchase, orders can only be changed or cancelled within 10 hours of being placed.

    Production typically takes 2–5 business days, and once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

    You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

  • Every Perseveranc piece is printed specifically for you after your order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste and create each item individually rather than mass producing clothing.

  • Our shirts feature a relaxed / oversized streetwear fit, so if you prefer a more fitted look you may want to size down.

  • Because every item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or ordering the wrong product.
